Billing specialist
Serving as the main point of contact for all billing related issues internally within the organization and also for external clients. Using salesforce and zuora to solve billing and payment issues. Interface with the sales, account management and fulfillment team to ensure proper follow up is being taken to ensure rapid issue resolution. Charging and refunding customers. Making sure billing, refunds, credits and customer returns are streamlined and processes based. Analyzing billing accounts managing RMA’s and refunds for customers in liaison with account managers. Providing support to customers struggling with billing related inquiries and failures via emails, inbound and outbound calls.
Financial Analyst
Preparing quality and focused analytical financial statements in a standard template form for banks and broker dealer companies across the globe so that it is easier for investors to understand their financial information for decision making. After being promoted to senior analyst I was also responsible approving financial data prepared by tier 1 analysts. Mentoring the new hires and helping in developing financial procedures for broker dealer companies.
